Section IV - Storage of containers/cargoes

Storage of containers and cargoes will be as per agreements reached with the Shipping Lines. All containers and cargoes will be stored within the Seaport Terminals boundaries under customs bond and will be under the responsibility of the NCC Seaport Terminals.

Special storage of "ad valorem" containers and cargoes will be done under specific instructions of the Shipping Line or appointed cargo or container owner, provided these instructions have been informed to the Seaport Terminal operator at elast 24 horus in advance in written form.

All containers or cargoes with IMO specifications or OOG, will be stored as per IMO manuals or according to the criteria of Seaport Terminals Operations Dept.

NCC Seaport Terminals have the right to refuse storage to any container or cargoes, due to operational or other reasons and will not be responsible for any costs arising from this refusal.
