Section VII - Users liabilities

The issuer of the Bill of Lading or its agents are responsible for any damage or loss occurred due to incorrect information supplied to the Seaport Terminals in respect of cargoes delivered to the terminals

When the operations are delayed due to late container or cargo arrival of due to late arrival of the vessels, the user will be responsible for the incurred idle time in personnel and equipment.

The owners of vehicles authorized to circulate within the terminals are responsible for any damage to persons and/or materials.
