Section IX - Alterations and Publications

Any alterations to the present guide can be motivated by suggestions presented by the users, the authorities or the personnel of NCC, if in order to improve the levels of efficiency, quality and productivity, or they attend to the improvement of the attention given to the necessities of the Seaport Terminals and/or its users.

Any alterations to the present guide will be made public through publication 30 days prior to their validity coming in force.
