NCC terminals’ turnover to continue growing

The aggregated throughput of NCC terminals (FCT and NUTEP) in January-October 2009 amounted to 841,448 TEU (-15.2% comp. to January-October 2008). In October FCT and NUTEP managed to overcome negative effects of economic downturn and to regain pre-crisis volumes.

The throughput of First Container Terminal (FCT, St.Petersburg) in October 2009 amounted to 90,525 TEU (-1.3% comp. to October 2008). In January-October 2009 FCT handled 749,591 TEU (-16.0% comp. to 2008).

The throughput of NUTEP (Novorossiysk) in October 2009 was 13 164 TEU (+10.5% comp. to October 2008). In January-October the terminal handled 91 857 TEU (-8% comp. to 2008).
